Absolutely terrible. They Dont listen to what the customer wants. They Take all your money for nothing. The dress Did not fit my wife even after alterations. She was in pain saying its too tight and they dont care saying you will be fine deal with it. They only think about the money and not the customer. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Its our wedding day! Not the shop owners. Ruined Our 1 special day.. thanks for nothing.

I literally cannot recommend Tinkerbelle Bridal enough. I bought all my bridesmaids dresses from here, including my three flower girl dresses that have been hand made. Nothing has been to much trouble, the service received has been fantastic every time. The friendliness, patience and professionalism of both Rose, Pauline and all at Tinkerbelles has been great everytime we have visited. They also helped me massively by changing my wedding dress design to make it perfect for me.I have nothing but praise for this wonderful shop. If your looking for a beautiful dress and wonderful service you will be in the right place.
